Unable to log in, or something looks wrong on your account. Include your username. If the account has no email on file, we can't verify ownership or reset the password, so it can't be recovered.
Billing
Questions about the ad-free subscription, an unrecognized charge, or a refund request. Write from the email address on your Stripe receipt so we can locate the payment. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal on your Account page.
Bugs
A game fails to load, freezes, or behaves unexpectedly. Include the game, what you were doing, and your device and browser. A screenshot is helpful.
Privacy and data
Requests for a copy of your data, or for deletion of your account and its data. If the account has an email address, write from that address.
